- Manage or cancel SmileMax Pro: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Restore purchases: open SmileMax → Settings → Restore purchases.
- Refunds: request via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete my data
In the app: Settings → Delete my data. This removes smile photos, scan history, and habit check-ins tied to your device from our servers. It does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Scan tips
- Use bright, even light. Face the camera for the front smile.
- For the close-up, fill the frame with your teeth.
- If photos are rejected, retake — the app only scores clear teeth/smile photos.
